Millions of light boxes are being used in advertising industry, you can find them in all kind of public places such as train stations, airports, shopping mall, theaters etc. These light boxes use back lights which are provided mostly by fluorescence tubes. Over the past few years, LED lighting is becoming very popular. More and more light boxes are designed and produced using LED lightings. There are several major advantages for using LED lights:

1.  They are usually smaller, and can be flexible, easier to be made into desired form and to be put into available small space.

2. Their life is much longer. Frequency for replacement is much lower. This saves maintenance cost.

3. They use much less energy, are more economical.

Usually, the LED lighting is provided by LED strips. It consists of LED in SMD package mounted in single file on a flexible or non-flexible PCB and is driven by a converter which changes AC to DC.

Many factories are making this line of products. They length can be as long as one meter. The width can be as narrow as 4.5mm and the height can be as low as 4mm.

We have developed super-miniaturized light strips to provide additional flexibility to our customers to satisfy their artistic and imaginative design of their light boxes. Our light strips can be as narrow as 4.5mm and as thin as 4.0mm. We have also miniaturized the driver whose dimensions can be as small as 182mm X 45mm X 44mm, and one driver can usually drive up to four light strips.

We welcome inquires for our unique light strips from OEM companies which requires super-thin light boxes or their own special designs. We can not only provide technical services for the light strips but also for the entire light boxes.

We also welcome inquires for our standard light boxes which we have developed in association with factories which produce the hardware of the light boxes. The following pictures show some of the standard light boxes we can offer to our customers.
